We're Story IOP, a Westlake Village, California treatment center offering Detox, IOP, and PHP services for people serious about recovery. We provide personalized care and the real structure people need to get better — and stay that way.

STORY IOP

  • Story IOP serves as a co-ed population of adult men and women (18+) who are seeking support for substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns, including trauma-related symptoms. Levels of care provide outpatient levels of care for Intensive Outpatient program (IOP) and Outpatient services)

    • Music and creative expression spaces

    • Game room with pool tables, board games, or video games

    • Comfortable lounges for socializing

    • Outdoor areas for fresh air and relaxation

    • Wellness activities like yoga or art sessions
